Senior Manager, New Product Development and Commercialization Position Highlights:

• Pioneer new product development & commercialization as the company’s 1^st ever innovation hire and play a critical role in shaping the future product pipeline
• Dedicate 100% of time to innovation, leading concept development through to launch
• Lead execution of market research to validate insights, concepts, and product acceptability through consumer research and sensory evaluation
• Report directly to a classically trained, empowering CMO with extensive CPG knowledge having worked at both big and small, as well as public, privately held, and private equity-backed companies

Senior Manager, New Product Development and Commercialization Ideal Candidate:

• Background in food science and product development, ideally having touched on food
• Significant exposure to commercialization and strong project management skills
• Understands issues and opportunities from a product standpoint
• Analytical chops to uncover unmet needs and analyze market research
