• Top-tier consumer packaged goods training coupled with proven success in a leaner, nimbler organization
• General management mindset with core strengths in brand building, base business management, and media who can be both a strategist and tactician
• P&L understanding and ability to see things from both consumer and retailer perspectives
• Strong track record of people development and management, and all about the power of collective thinking
• Strategic, analytical, creative, strong business sense, consumer insights focus
• Enthusiastic, positive, and can be nimble and savvy
