Customer Business Manager Position Highlights:

• Manage a portfolio of key accounts, driving sales, negotiating product placements, and developing business plans
• Identify and drive new sales opportunities and ensure alignment with brand strategy across all items and categories
• Communicate trends, insights, and risks based on sales data analysis
• Closely partner and foster strong relationships with internal brand and customer planning teams as well as key account stakeholders
• Report to a classically trained Senior Sales Director

Customer Business Manager Ideal Candidate:

• Direct sales experience calling on CPG retail headquarter accounts; must have experience with AWG and pet industry experience a plus
• Proven negotiator able to close business and grow account base
• Compelling storyteller
• Strong analytical skills in POS and syndicated data
