Brand Manager, New Products & Innovation Position Highlights:
- High-priority role acting as a change agent to help unlock a new wave of growth
- General management focus responsible for managing and expanding two businesses, both ripe for extensive growth
- Build strategy for and lead day-to-day management of new and emerging brands
- Contribute to short- and long-range innovation and business strategy development
- Report to a classically trained Vice President with an outstanding reputation who is collaborative and empowering; passionate about developing brands, people, and organizations; and has a “how might we” mindset
Brand Manager, New Products & Innovation Ideal Candidate:
- Classic consumer packaged goods background; food experience highly preferred
- Base business management plus innovation (launch in particular) and P&L understanding
- General management desire and mentality; wants to own, run, and grow a business
- Strategic, analytical, and creative
- Entrepreneurial; comfortable as a thinker and doer; comfortable with empowerment and ambiguity
- Positive, collegial, and team player
