Senior Brand Manager Position Highlights:

  • Play a key role in transforming the brand as well as the marketing team
  • Translate insights into big ideas and initiatives to drive awareness and engagement
  • Help shape and drive the brand experience via key consumer insights
  • Be a change agent to drive organization to be more innovative, entrepreneurial, and responsive
  • Coach, mentor, and develop marketing team’s capabilities
  • Partner closely with sales to ensure strategy is on point and being executed in an intentional way
  • Lots of visibility to senior leadership – huge priority for the company and enormous upside

Senior Brand Manager Ideal Candidates:

  • Consumer packaged goods experience; food is ideal but not mandatory
  • Knows the art and the science of marketing
  • Strong understanding of both advertising and digital marketing – when and how to use each
  • Proven leader with strong people management skills
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Collaborative, entrepreneurial, positive, and excited about the future
