Manager, Consumer Insights & Business Analytics Position Highlights:
- Collaborate with and co-build a learning agenda for strategic initiatives within the brand team — deliver consumer insights to further grow the brand through innovation and brand building initiatives
- Guide learning needs and set priorities for areas of focus to drive share and category growth
- Lead innovation projects through the end-to-end process from opportunity identification to commercialization
- Manage design, execution, analysis, and implication/recommendation communication of insight and analytics projects/initiatives to drive business decisions
- Be the voice of the consumer as you collaborate with marketing, designers, and RD&E team
Manager, Consumer Insights & Business Analytics Ideal Candidates:
- Extensive experience with multiple methodologies
- Global experience preferred
- Consumer packaged goods experience great but not mandatory
- Ability to provide fact-based point of view of the consumer
- Leader with a strong voice and ability to advocate for the consumer
- Experience in whitespace
- Leadership style that will flex from educating to listening
