Manager, Consumer Insights & Business Analytics Position Highlights:

  • Collaborate with and co-build a learning agenda for strategic initiatives within the brand team — deliver consumer insights to further grow the brand through innovation and brand building initiatives
  • Guide learning needs and set priorities for areas of focus to drive share and category growth
  • Lead innovation projects through the end-to-end process from opportunity identification to commercialization
  • Manage design, execution, analysis, and implication/recommendation communication of insight and analytics projects/initiatives to drive business decisions
  • Be the voice of the consumer as you collaborate with marketing, designers, and RD&E team

Manager, Consumer Insights & Business Analytics Ideal Candidates:

  • Extensive experience with multiple methodologies
  • Global experience preferred
  • Consumer packaged goods experience great but not mandatory
  • Ability to provide fact-based point of view of the consumer
  • Leader with a strong voice and ability to advocate for the consumer
  • Experience in whitespace
  • Leadership style that will flex from educating to listening
