Building a world-class insights team, this organization is dedicated to understanding the core consumer, identifying important unmet needs and helping shape new products and solutions that deliver value.

Consumer Insights Expert Position Highlights:

  • Lead consumer and marketplace research and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations
  • Drive fact-based decision-making by mining existing consumer databases and designing primary research to address outstanding needs
  • Influence the development of marketing programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners including marketing, innovation and sales
  • Small, fantastic team and talented leadership
  • Report to an empowering director with significant experience in marketing and innovation who is big on clarity and autonomy

Consumer Insights Expert Ideal Candidates:

  • CPG food industry foundation from the client, supplier and/or agency side
  • Experience with traditional and non-traditional consumer testing techniques
  • Intellect and technical rigor to think outside the box, ask the right questions and lead
  • Demonstrated ability to pull together disparate pieces of data to uncover insights and create compelling stories
  • Friendly, positive, passionate, happy
  • Ownership mentality
  • Action oriented, hands-on
