Caleb joined the O’Connell group in May of 2022. Thanks to his experience in Customer Relations, Medicare and Support, Caleb maintains the ability to source candidates quickly and successfully. Caleb focuses on placing the client’s needs at the heart of his work. Graduating from the Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville, Caleb was prepared with the knowledge he needed to find success in the recruiting profession. As an avid Saint Louis sport fan, Caleb enjoys spending his free time at games with his wife, Natalie.
