VP / SVP of Sales Position Highlights:
- Seat at the table and a unique opportunity to play a huge role in setting the strategy and shaping the culture of the company
- Key member of the leadership team alongside the President and CFO
- Lead efforts to build a high-performing sales organization, assess capabilities, and identify opportunities for transformative growth
- Develop and implement best practices for a data-driven sales team, with a focus on lead generation and optimizing sales processes
- Coach and mentor a team of direct reports
VP / SVP of Sales Ideal Candidate:
- Expertise in the baking industry, particularly in breads, buns, and rolls, with experience selling into distributors
- Experience in the foodservice channel ideal, in-store bakery, retail or alternate channels a plus
- Proven track record of building and managing a pipeline of $1M+ accounts and successfully closing high-value deals
- Resourceful, scrappy, and agile – able to thrive without a playbook and build new business from the ground up
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and inspire a team to drive success
