Senior Director, Consumer Marketing Position Highlights:

• Newly created, strategically important, US-based senior leadership role focused on building consumer engagement
• Create and lead a multi-faceted consumer marketing strategy focused on digital, social, ecommerce, and CRM to build meaningful connections that convert considerers into loyal consumers
• Oversee a team of 12, including 4 direct reports – lead, mentor, and shape the next generation of marketers
• Report to an empowering, principled leader with a clear strategic vision and a servant-leadership style – get strong support while enjoying autonomy

Senior Director, Consumer Marketing Ideal Candidate:

• Seasoned consumer marketing leader with CPG brand-building experience and a general management mindset – able to craft, scale, and measure integrated campaigns
• Expertise across consumer campaigns (digital/social), CRM/loyalty, and ecommerce (including 1P Amazon) – capable of elevating each channel
• Background in hybrid health environments strongly preferred – understands how to market a professionally prescribed product to consumers
• Builder, not a maintainer – strategic thinker with a bias for action and the ability to roll up their sleeve to drive transformational growth
