Position Highlights:

• Join the high-growth Quest® team and take ownership of key business initiatives within a rapidly growing brand spanning bars, salty snacks, and baked goods
• Manage the core business while contributing to innovation projects such as flavor and format extensions
• Work cross-functionally across brand strategy, consumer insights, finance, sales, and agency partners to build data-driven campaigns and innovation plans
• Report to a classically trained, people-first leader who values team development and collaboration
• Be part of a collaborative, high-performance culture that values creativity, curiosity, and consumer obsession

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong CPG foundation required, ideally with experience in food or other fast-moving consumer categories with similar shopper dynamics
• MBA preferred but not required; 2 to 6+ years of progressive brand marketing or innovation experience
• Strategic thinker with a GM mindset who can translate data into compelling insights and stories
• Experience managing base business with exposure to line extensions or innovation preferred
• Hands-on and solutions-oriented with strong project management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting
