Head of Brand and Communication Strategy Ideal Candidate:

• Extensive integrated communications experience, able to flex between media strategy, media planning, PR, social media, and direct-to-consumer – NOT a single subject matter expert
• Proven track record in strategic planning
• Familiarity managing communication strategies across multiple categories under a Masterbrand, especially in complex, highly competitive markets with longer buying cycles
• Confident, yet ego-free leader, skilled at navigating up and across and organization and thriving in an environment without rigid processes
• Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity
