• Seat at the table in a high-visibility role shaping and driving digital and social media strategies to influence the company’s market presence
• Implement world-class capabilities to drive consumer awareness, engagement, and revenue
• Be part of an organization’s transformation to a performance-driven marketing approach
• Report to an industry expert CMO and work with a classically trained CEO

Director/Senior Director of Social Media, Digital and Performance Marketing Ideal Candidate:

• Deep social and digital expertise, ideally having worked in beauty, haircare, personal care, pet, baby, and/or other highly involved categories
• Track record of developing and implementing best practices to drive awareness, engagement, and profitability
• A change agent able to build excitement for the digital/social roadmap
• Strategic thinker who is also hands-on and scrappy
• Strong manager/mentor – committed to developing others and aligning organization to new processes
