Offering a nimble, team-oriented, and empowering culture, they are seeking a Director of Shopper and Channel Marketing to drive innovative shopper marketing strategies, foster impactful retailer partnerships, and deliver growth through data-driven insights and flawless execution.

Director of Shopper and Channel Marketing Position Highlights:

• As the shopper marketing subject matter expert, play a pivotal role at the intersection of marketing and sales/accounts, ensuring strategies are aligned to drive impactful results
• Evaluate past efforts to identify success and ROI, solving problems and making data-driven adjustments for optimal outcomes
• Build relationships with key accounts, using the brand story to identify gaps, create tailored solutions, and enhance shopper engagement across diverse channels
• Lead the creation of shopper marketing campaigns that integrate online and offline touchpoints, delivering a seamless and engaging brand experience while ensuring flawless execution at the store level
• Manage and develop a high-performing team, including two experienced professionals, with plans for further growth. Focus on cross-training to build versatility and break traditional role boundaries

 Director of Shopper and Channel Marketing Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 8 years in client-side roles, with expertise in shopper marketing. Background in trade, sales, or category management is a plus
• Dynamic and self-starter with a proven ability to inspire, develop, and motivate teams
• Strong creative and analytical skills to develop solutions and identify opportunities for growth
• Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to concisely communicate insights to organizational leadership
