As part of a transformation from a sales-led to a product- and consumer-focused organization, the Director of Product Marketing will play a central role in shaping the future of product strategy, innovation, and profitability.

Director of Product Marketing Position Highlights:

• All-encompassing role leading the full product lifecycle, including portfolio management, innovation strategy, and SKU optimization
• Drive product-level profitability through cost analysis, pricing strategy, and forecasting
• Oversee the stage-gate process from ideation through commercialization, partnering closely with cross-functional teams
• Manage and mentor a team of three direct reports, helping to establish a best-in-class product function
• Report to the Senior Vice President of Product Management & Innovation, an empowering, passionate, and action-oriented leader

Director of Product Marketing Ideal Candidate:

• Consumer packaged goods (ideally durables) experience, with a strong track record in product development and portfolio management
• Deep understanding of the stage-gate process and ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Proven success managing teams and driving results in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, action-oriented leadership style
• Strong communicator with the ability to engage across all levels of the organization
