Play a key role in building out the consumer and shopper insights team for a rapidly growing food company in the Bay Area as Consumer and Shopper Insights & Analytics Manager!
Consumer and Shopper Insights & Analytics Manager Position Highlights:
- As the first Consumer and Shopper Insights & Analytics Manager, implement best practices and processes to fuel continued growth, using traditional consumer and shopper insights practices and processes
- Diagnose shopper behavior and uncover actionable growth opportunities that will influence key business decisions
- Craft compelling, data-driven stories to shape the company’s go-to-market approach and customer strategy, effectively communicating shopper insights to internal stakeholders and partners
- Report to a classically trained Director of Consumer Insights with a strong CPG background
Consumer and Shopper Insights & Analytics Manager Ideal Candidate:
- Consumer and shopper insights experience, ideally within CPG
- Experience in research and data analysis, including running studies, analyzing results, and extracting insights from Numerator/POS to support both insights and brand teams
- A capabilities builder, excited to step into something new
- Proven business acumen with a track record of translating shopper insights into retailer opportunities that drive growth
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
