BM Position Highlights:

  • Shape brand growth and market impact by developing and executing core business strategies in collaboration with the VP of Marketing
  • Refine marketing mix and product strategy to strengthen brand positioning and identify new sales opportunities
  • Leverage data-driven insights to build compelling selling stories, influencing key stakeholders and optimizing go-to-market strategies
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with sales, finance, and product teams to enhance execution and gain broad business exposure
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, reinforcing brand equity and deepening consumer engagement

BM Ideal Candidate:

  • Consumer packaged goods experience with a strong brand management foundation; MBA preferred
  • Strong analytical mindset, skilled in leveraging syndicated data for strategic decision-making
  • Ability to identify key business drivers and determine the right levers to pull for growth
  • Strategic thinker and hands-on executer, comfortable balancing big-picture vision with action
  • Adaptable and thrives in ambiguity, embracing a fast-paced, evolving environment
