As Brand Manager, you’ll take the lead on shaping brand direction — owning strategy, positioning, and performance across a mix of well-known names and emerging products.

BM Position Highlights:

• Own the P&L and brand strategy, leading efforts that span from long-term planning to day-to-day execution
• Drive revitalization efforts through brand repositioning, packaging updates, and expansion into new channels, categories, and product formats
• Develop and execute 5-year brand plans and annual business goals, guiding priorities across  pricing, media, and strategic growth initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with innovation, R&D, sales, and operations teams to deliver on innovation, efficiency, and communication initiatives
• Report to a classically trained Director of Brand Management with potential leadership opportunities as you grow

BM Ideal Candidate:

• CPG brand or product management experience with demonstrated P&L ownership and a strong foundation in business analytics
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans that drive brand growth and financial performance
• Comfortable leading brand positioning, packaging, and communications efforts across multiple consumer touchpoints
• Strong collaborator with experience influencing cross-functional teams including sales, R&D, finance, and operations
• Thrives in a high-autonomy, high-accountability environment where speed and partnership are key
