Forbes Lists O’Connell Group in Top 50 Executive Recruiting Firms
Forbes has announced America’s Best Recruiting Firms, with O’Connell Group appearing in the top 50. This is the fourth consecutive year that O’Connell Group has been recognized in the Executive Recruiting category, which includes firms that place professionals in permanent positions with an annual gross income of more than $100,000.

The Forbes rankings are based on the number of evaluations as well as assessments in the various evaluation dimensions from more than 9,300 surveys submitted by recruiters, HR or hiring managers, and employees with recent experience working with a recruiting firm. The 150 executive recruiting firms with the highest scores made the final list. O’Connell Group has appeared on the Forbes list for four consecutive years, since first appearing in the top 75 executive recruiting firms in 2021.
