Brand Manager Position Highlights:
- Key member of the marketing team, supporting the evolution of the brand portfolio to drive continued growth
- Oversee the entire portfolio, owning fully integrated communications programs including digital, social, PR, shopper, and experiential
- Ability to shape and influence the culture of the marketing team
- Report directly to a classically trained Director of Marketing, a fantastic coach/mentor
Brand Manager Ideal Candidates:
- Consumer packaged goods brand management foundation
- Proven business owner and gap solver
- Demonstrated analytical skills including Nielsen and IRI tracking experience – able to mine and analyze data to create actionable recommendations
- Scrappy and comfortable without the resources of a larger company
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to lead/influence cross-functional teams and external partners
