Make an impact as an Associate Brand Manager supporting the evolution of a brand portfolio for a category-leading, ethnic-inspired food company in the greater Los Angeles area. Experiencing an exciting new chapter under the leadership of a newly created, talented, and energetic C-suite, this organization is investing in marketing to grow via smart strategy, innovation, consumer orientation, and expansion.

Associate Brand Manager Position Highlights:

  • Be exposed to all facets of marketing in a lean, hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves environment where you will wear many hats
  • Work on both base business and innovation initiatives
  • Champion brand poisoning and strategy as well as lead analysis of consumer data
  • Report directly to a classically trained Director of Marketing who is a fantastic coach/mentor

Associate Brand Manager Ideal Candidates:

  • Consumer packaged goods brand management foundation
  • Strong analytical skills including experience with Nielsen and IRI tracking
  • Ecommerce and social/digital experience nice to have
  • Scrappy and comfortable without having the resources of a larger company
