Brand Manager, Innovation Position Highlights:
- Build out a robust consumer- and customer-focused innovation pipeline, driving innovation across the company’s entire portfolio
- Establish the stage gate process as well as optimize current products
- Identify white space opportunities and develop innovative solutions
- Be the subject matter expert for customer needs, segmentation, competitors, category dynamics, and industry trends
- Leverage insights and analytics to create category and customer stories
- Significant visibility to senior leaders and ability to make a difference and drive results
Brand Manager, Innovation Ideal Candidates:
- Strong consumer packaged goods background with innovation and go-to-market experience
- Appetite for and ability to build processes and strategies to hit aggressive growth targets
- Passionate about innovating and bringing “new” to the table
- Business owner and gap solver
- Comfortable and confident working in a smaller, less resourced environment
