Director, Digital Marketing Position Highlights:

  • Make your mark as the company’s digital subject matter expert, developing and managing strategies including programmatic and social media
  • Continue to grow digital sophistication and capabilities, strategically presenting recommendations and championing the brand
  • Manage relationship with digital agency
  • Move quickly without selling through tons of layers – develop a program, create a plan, come up with an idea, and see it quickly come to life
  • Evaluate emerging technologies to stay at the forefront of industry best practices
  • Direct report responsibility

Director, Digital Marketing Ideal Candidate:

  • Digital marketing expert with consumer packaged goods experience from either the client and/or agency side
  • Understands branding and digital marketing planning
  • Thrives in a smaller, hands-on environment
  • Proven relationship builder and influencer with agency management experience
  • Positive, collegial, bias for action, team player, no ego
