Director of Shopper Insights Position Highlights:

  • Lead shopper insights strategy and activation
  • Support sales leadership – including e-commerce
  • Step change understanding of behavioral science and why shoppers shop the way they do
  • Drive shopper strategy across the organization and scale solutions
  • Develop tracking, ROI metrics, and best-in-class thinking
  • Manage external relationships to stay on top of the latest thinking, trends, and shopper science
  • Direct report responsibility

Director of Shopper Insights Ideal Candidates:

  • Consumer packaged goods foundation – experience in food ideal
  • Extensive shopper insights experience
  • Sales experience a plus
  • Proven relationship-building skills
  • Passion for behavioral science
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
