A private equity backed emerging player in the natural/organic snacking category is hiring a Brand Manager, Communication & Innovation to drive continued rapid growth.  As the only vertically integrated player in their space, this organization offers flexibility and speed of innovation.


Brand Manager, Communication & Innovation Position Highlights:

  • Lead strategy for digital, social, influencer and PR
  • Build awareness and establish emotional essence of the brand
  • Oversee visual brand identity
  • Identify strategic channels and spot trends
  • Report to a classically trained Vice President

Brand Manager, Communication & Innovation Ideal Candidates:

  • Heavy communications experience from either client or agency side
  • Experience working with smaller/emerging brands
  • Strong eye for creative and trends in the digital space
  • Collaborative and inclusive
  • Ability to navigate a scrappy, fast-growing environment
