The National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS) is the largest professional association dedicated to excellence in the executive search community. With over 1,300 member firms, NAPS promulgates ongoing educational, training and certification programs intended to improve the quality of all member search firms, and to establish Standards of Ethical Practices which can be used by all employers to benchmark all executive search firms, even non-members, for professionalism.

NAPS Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designation assures that individual consultants have been measured against meaningful standards of knowledge and conduct applicable to our business. CPC's must pass an independently administered (by the College Testing Service) comprehensive examination; must agree to uphold the NAPS Code of Ethics, Standards of Ethical Practices and Certification Program Rules, and must participate in the NAPS CPC Continuing Education Program.
