As experts in search, we consult with and advise our clients on how best to accomplish their goal. We encourage our clients to tell us how they want us to serve them, and have the courage of our convictions to tactfully point out ways we believe we can better serve them. Our candidates' goal is to best manage their career. We recognize that the determination of what is "right" for any individual is their decision. We respect their right to weigh the importance of all the factors they feel are important to them, both personally and professionally. We pledge to accurately provide information about our clients, and objective career counseling to assist them in making their decision. We handle all contacts in complete confidence, and never disclose a candidate's name or background without their prior, informed consent.
